REPORT:  38 MEMBERS AND GUESTS ATTENDED THE PRESENTATION.  DR. RAMASWAMY PRESENTED SEVERAL INTERESTING CASE STUDIES OF WORKING IN A SMALL ENGINEERING FIRM.  THE SEAFOOD (AT LEAST THE WRITER'S) WAS EXCELLENT.




OPERATING A SMALL ENGINEERING FIRM

 

Come learn first hand the challenges and rewards of operating a small engineering firm from Dr. Rajan Ramaswamy, Principal Engineer at Novo Engineering.  Novo Engineering helps companies with design and engineering to bring products to market.  The meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 26, at the Fish House Vera Cruz in San Marcos’ Restaurant Row.

Social mingling starts at 5:30, with dinner from 6:00 to 7:00, presentation from 7:00 to 8:00, followed by questions and answers.  (Non-eaters may come at 7:00 pm for the presentation.)

Dinner is a choice
of mesquite-broiled fresh fish (only).  Includes salad, vegetables, and rice or potato.  Beverages and desserts are not included (correction: tea or coffee is included).  Cost is $20 for members and guests and $15 for university student members.
