MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR

Please read the message below!  It is of immediate concern for those who
are attending the Professional Development Seminar on November 15,
however, it affects all section members, as well.

Joe's departure is a huge loss for the Palm Beach Section.  His
contributions to the section have helped make the Palm Beach Section one
of the best in the ASME.  We wish Joe well in his new position, but will
sorely miss him!

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

“All ASME Professional Education Participants,

I am in the process of transitioning to another company. I will be leaving
Lockheed Martin on Friday the 14th of November 2008 and I will be unable
to maintain the 15 November training date.

I am fully committed to providing the required training for all of our
Professional Engineers and colleagues prior to the February 28th, 2009
deadline.

We have rescheduled the two training classes for Saturday the 17th of
January 2009 at same times and location as currently scheduled. This will
allow me to transition to my new assignment and better prepare for the
training session in January.

If there are any questions or schedule conflicts please feel free to

respond to you within 2 business days. You may also leave me a message at:
561.364.0879 and I will return you call as soon as possible if you would
like to speak with me directly.

Thank you very much for your support and we will do everything possible to
make this a smooth transition and provide the necessary PDH for everyone
interested in attending our classes.
