Welcome to the home page of the Long Island Section. This section is located on Long Island, New York. It comprises Nassau and Suffolk Counties and has about 800 members.

The section publishes a newsletter, "The Limelight", which is sent to all members. Published four or five times a year, the newsletter highlights lectures, meetings, and tours sponsored by the section.

The purpose of this web site is to provide updated, current information on our activities and also to provide additional information of interest to mechanical engineers on Long Island.
