are approximately 700 members in the Greenville Section. Geographically
we are in the western part of
North and South Carolina. In North Carolina from Murphy to Asheville,
then southward to Hendersonville.
In South Carolina, all of the upstate area including Clemson, Greenville,
Spartanburg, and Greenwood.

of our section members, Yehia El-Ibiary,
has authored two books that may be useful to
the engineering community.
"Engineering
Handbook of Equivalents"
The book deals with many useful relationship and formulae
that can be used by the practicing engineer like sizing motors,
or selecting the right orifice or pumps. It also contains
conversion factors of all possible units like pressure or
viscosity.
