Conference Registration: All authors must register. To obtain the early rate, you must complete your registration before June 26, 2009.
Conference Hotel: The conference will be held at the Vail Cascade Resort & Spa. The group discounted rate at this hotel is $179/night. Please be sure to make your reservation before July 2, 2009 as rooms are beginning to sell out.
