Want to make a difference in a future Engineer's life?   Future Cities is looking for volunteers, interested in helping our future engineers.   This years topic "It’s All About Water".  Middle School Students will Focus on Conservation, Reuse and Self-Sufficient Systems.

The Chicago Section recently sponsored several Student groups.   

The Chicago Section, sponsored the Stone School Academy Future Cities Team, and their Teacher/Mentor to the Washington Awards Dinner on Feb 22nd.    There were 6 guests of the section at the dinner. 

 The Section gave $1000.00 to Proviso Mathematics and Science Academy, (PMSA)  of Forest Park, IL, and their Monty Python Robotics Team.   

The Section also sponsored an award during the Future Cities Competition.  The Chicago Section, provided $500.00, it was won by Stone Scholastic Academyfrom the North Side of Chicago, for their best "mechanical system"  7Additional info on the events and the groups are available here.
