The SEMS has adopted a new organizational structure for the 2003-04 year.
Instead of the traditional officer listing of 15 positions, the leadership team has been broken up
into
Education, Membership/Outreach, PR & Marketing, and Industry. Each committee is headed by one of the executive officers. The executive committee is guided by the section Chair.
The section is currently looking for volunteers to fill the committees. We encourage you to volunteer
on a committee of your choice, or identify an opportunity or position that is not listed. Please contact
Rebecca King at rhk77@yahoo.com if you are interested in joining or would like to learn more about
the committees. We very much appreciate your help in any capacity, and thank you for your continuing
